Leadership lacks vision, constantly moving targets, lever pulls every month, unrealistic OTE, etc. are just a few of the frustrations over the past couple of years. Not to mention most of the C levels are first time positions, have left or been fired, and current CEO is the PE operating partner and does NOT value experience, expertise, or loyalty.

A good opportunity for folks right out of college. They give you tools here to succeed. A lot of cold calling to set up meeting with prospective folks.
