Company goals and sales compensation are complete opposites. Warning potential used to be there, but with new leadership has become unaligned and impossible to achieve.

Leadership lacks vision, constantly moving targets, lever pulls every month, unrealistic OTE, etc. are just a few of the frustrations over the past couple of years. Not to mention most of the C levels are first time positions, have left or been fired, and current CEO is the PE operating partner and does NOT value experience, expertise, or loyalty.

Fishbowl's sale leadership is great but the problem is outside of sales leadership, there is no alignment on what to do to help drive and convert sales. What the company wants from the sales team don't align with what the company goals are, which means the comp plan isn't aligned with what is being asked.
