My overall experience was promising but fell well short of the standards and expectations set by Delaget. While Delaget's goal of setting itself a part from other Sass organizations in terms of technology, culture, and support is well intentioned, there were too many gaps in fundamental infrastructure to make the growing pains of staying with this company worthwhile.
