Kinexon is a scale up still at an early-mid stage to find a clear structure. This means that some processes are not yet defined, however also leaves a lot of room to influence and design if you so desire. My overall experience is quite different - the younger employees are quite happy but the experienced ones are more unhappy due to bad communication and leadership within the company. Salaries should definitely be higher.
