No real $$$ to be made as an SDR. Leads are ok, most of time you're calling aged leads thats already seen the product over the years but there's still potential to close. Decent job for someone starting out there sales career.

CEO expects his employees to be plugged in more than he is willing to do himself. Off color comments and disparaging remarks are the norm in all hands meetings. Lack of professionalism and gaslighting. Rigged contests. Favoritism and gentleman's deals.

It's fine, but you're selling IT Training which can be difficult. Leadership and Culture are great, but there is some awesome nepotism and favoritism like most companies.

I’ve only recently started but I love the culture and the kindness of everyone so far. Nobody has uttered a negative word about the place the week and some change I have been there. Everyone in any form of management position started off as an SDR that worked for them. They really do promote from within.
