Kinexon is a scale up still at an early-mid stage to find a clear structure. This means that some processes are not yet defined, however also leaves a lot of room to influence and design if you so desire. Colleagues are extremely motivated and nice, management can be erratic at times but this is offset by their approachability. Due to the partnership with SAP and the premium certification of its Software within the SAP store Kinexon has a very good standing with customers and compared to its competitors. However they re also on the upper end of prices.

My overall experience is that they have high potential to grow and fit to the market. Salary is fine for a German company.

My overall experience is quite different - the younger employees are quite happy but the experienced ones are more unhappy due to bad communication and leadership within the company. Salaries should definitely be higher.
