My overall experience has been good thus far. The compensation, however, has been below market average throughout COVID and now. Leadership is well aware since everyone has expressed their concerns but seems to not phase them, instead, the company is on a budget to acquire other companies.

Jamf is still a leader in this space, however competitors are catching up and legitimately competing with good products for a fraction of the cost. Jamf needs to innovate otherwise prospects will continue to look elsewhere.
