My experience is pretty average here at Jamf. You'll get some easy wins with past Jamf users, but overall very few reps (if any at all) are "crushing" their goals. Our only hope is that the security suite Jamf has acquired over the last few years can help position Jamf more favorably going into 2024.

Culture comes above everything at Jamf. They try to justify an abysmal pay structure by providing a top-tier environment, which is nice for a brief stay but does not bode well for longevity within the company. The company grew too quickly, forced many changes throughout the org. CEO left, and culture seems to have gone with him. Compensation is well under the median and the company has implemented new rules of engagement that makes it difficult for reps to earn money and do daily functions of the job.
