Does insightsoftware prioritize diversity and inclusion within their sales team? How do they support diversity and inclusion efforts in their sales department?

This is a software firm owned by PE, only financial statement matters, everything else are appearance only.

Not really.  There will be some diverse hires, but its normally because they are that good and not because of any concerted DEI initiatives.

The simple answer is no. The managers within Sales have all worked together before, so they are just hiring people from the last place and replacing anyone not from the original club.

TL;DR: No, absolutely not

There is a diverse sales department but no... the ELT is all white dinosaurs without any relation to reality whatsoever, these guys are not even intelligent, hard to believe they would even get work mopping floors at McDonald's if their employers knew this (nothing against hard working floor moppers). Midmanagement is a bunch of quite smart but also quite brutal upper middle age white guys with the occasional woman.

All of them are open to suggestions and they have tried to promote DEI efforts but it only results in some Americano-centric culture reality show where we talk about the goods and the bads of mixing with people not like you... haha... it's so plastic it's entertaining.

On the other hand the employee-to-employee culture is very inviting and including, on a daily basis I work with people from 4 continents with backgrounds from a multitude of nations, socioeconomic class, education and function at work. This is generally very inspiring and is one of the three big drivers for me still being at this place.
