My experience was good until all leadership in sales org changed to a former team of EMC. The culture shifted after Jesper left and the customer was viewed as cash not valued in terms of the success of the customer. Poor management in sales org., very political. Still working and survived recent layoffs but looking for better options. If sales leadership (Mitch breen) and his team are let go I’d consider staying.
