My experience was good until all leadership in sales org changed to a former team of EMC. The culture shifted after Jesper left and the customer was viewed as cash not valued in terms of the success of the customer. Many simple customer service requests could take 6 months or longer to be addressed fully. The sales leaders micromanage and most have not sold in the space personally.

Hard to articulate how disorganizaed this company is. So many people in roles that should be an ideal work environment but the lack of synergy makes it really frustrating. CYA is prioritized over collaboration.

Infoblox can be great or it can be miserable depending on what team you are on. About a year and a half ago, exec leadership changed and the orgs culture took a huge dip. Much more micromanagement….
