Decent product in high growth with terrible senior leadership and VC support and direction. Constant change to roles, targets, compensation, process, etc. Would rather have extreme turnover and yearly layoffs than address glaringly obvious problems. If you choose to go there, get your experience and get out, because they will push you out eventually. Zero care for employee experience.

My overall experience was great. It got me in the door and I learned how to Cold Call. The experience could have been better if there was micromanaging and if comp was better. Quota was unrealistic and nobody ever hit it.
