My overall experience was great. It got me in the door and I learned how to Cold Call. The experience could have been better if there was micromanaging and if comp was better. Quota was unrealistic and nobody ever hit it.

Decent product in high growth with terrible senior leadership and VC support and direction. Constant change to roles, targets, compensation, process, etc. Would rather have extreme turnover and yearly layoffs than address glaringly obvious problems.
