Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Great people and product, still going through growing pains with new sales leadership but think they’re heading in the right direction.
Not much in the way of ongoing training and development; managers are overwhelmed with meetings. Luckily my manager still is there for me for the most part. This would be an impossible role for someone with zero HCM experience, which is why they don’t hire folks without industry experience.
I’m only a few months in but there is definitely pressure to perform quickly, only time will tell if there is a realistic enough ramp.
