The provider growth (smb ae) role is a complete sweatshop. It’s ironic that you sacrifice your mental health for this role for the sake of selling a mental health solution. The base comp is very low along with the sales incentive plan is weak. You’re basically getting $100/therapist you sign onto the platform as the commission structure. Super high volume based, you will need to run 100-150 demos a month to hit your quota. You will feel burned out after the first 30 days. This role is 3 jobs in one. BDR, AE and Customer success with low pay. If you’re desperate for a job come here. Only good thing about this company is that it’s remote.

Not worth it terrible culture of sacrificing your own mental health for the greater good of mental health. Pay is low. Mostly inbound though. More of a CSM job than a sales job.
