Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Quota is definitely attainable but since this is a full cycle sales role you are acting as the SDR/AE/CSM. The comp structure is terrible though even if you over performed and hit 150% of quota you would be just north of 115k. If you performed like that at any other AE role you would be making north of 150k. They also mass hired the last few months and inbound leads are drying up so now there is a going to be a lot more focus on outbound motion which adds to already a full plate of managing your existing pipeline.
