Very low pay compared to the work expected of us. Low quality lead volume and multipliers given for 4 months in a row since reps are consistently not hitting quota.

Overall experience was decent. The startup culture presents challenges in navigating high growth, but the mission is an honorable one. More concise training on how to manage quota cases would be helpful, as you will spend a good amount of time ensuring you're compensated for your work throughout the role.
