Not a great sales org to be a part of simply because the inbound lead flow is terrible and the product market fit is abysmal. SMB segment is thriving but hardly anyone in commercial or enterprise came close to quota. They REALLY need to find a value differentiator or they won't last.

The Commercial (Mid-Market) segment is thriving. There is definitely a product market fit here. And leaders that genuinely are for their people, and their growth.

Incredibly positive. Facing a lot of challenges that all SaaS companies are facing during this AI wave, and difficult macro conditions. But we do have incredible leadership, culture, and product. And the right team to weather the macro and unpredictable storm. I
