Current Employee Go1 is experiencing growing pains as it navigates the complexities of the U.S. EdTech market and economy. While the sales team is highly motivated, momentum has been slow. The company offers a wealth of learning resources and sales techniques, and the team is composed of dedicated professionals working to drive success. However, there are significant challenges, particularly in terms of structured training, adapting to product changes, and interdepartmental alignment—especially with partnerships.
Currently, there is no established manual or playbook, requiring employees to be resourceful and rely on colleagues who may also lack definitive answers. Greater internal organization, a stronger value proposition for U.S. organizations, and a more competitive market positioning could unlock tremendous potential for Go1. While it is not a bad place to work, there is certainly room for improvement, as is the case with many growing organizations.
