The company has seriously amateur skills in the executive team, and they have a poor understanding of the role that the product plays in the market. The culture is non-existent, there are never team meetings, every works in a silo, the list goes on. I'll use data to back it up: in Q3 fy23 the company missed revenue by >80%.
