Current Employee3.1Jun 25, 2024Decent product market fit, terrible leadership, revolving door. Don't promote within and continue to make bad hiring decisions. Quota is unatainable for most reps and the ones that hit quota are set up for success and mostly customer growth reps.

Only way to make money is book more meetings. 1 SDR in last 3 years has become an AE. Most SDRs laid off, now use 3rd party SDRs as well. Imagine whole SDR team will leave soon.
