New sales leadership again here, and it has become much worse. They are not fit for the roles, and have no understanding of how to sell in logistics.

CEO does care about the employees, but most of the company views the sales org as unimportant. Open hostility from implementation and finance towards the sales team. All failed projects are blamed on sales.

Great product and the leader in the space. Visibility is not as hot as it once was a few years ago. Companies a bit more skeptical on data quality
