My favorite part of my role is my manager, who is extremely invested in my success as both a member of the sales team and at the company as a whole. I’ve been lucky enough to find my tribe, which spans across different divisions (marketing, product, etc.).
Quota is definitely attainable with the right amount of grit and direction, and upper management takes steps when necessary to ensure that remains the case. I’ve witnessed promotions in my time here and I am hopeful about my journey at the company. Some complain about the fast pace, but I think it keeps us relevant by constantly increasing the ICPs available to us. I hope to be at Fountain for a long time.
