There are opportunities to land large deals and make money. There is not a lot of support, it’s a bit of sink or swim. Quotas and company goals only increase even though they are unobtainable with the current state of the business. That means fear and stress flows downward. There is no marketing department which means out bounding is impossible and inbound is luck of the draw.
