Terrible leadership. The CEO is like hitler and has hired his boys club who are absolute jokers and just taking random roles in the company without any experience since they have done 3 layoffs this year alone.

The product has a lot of strong features, but at a decade and a half it should have been further than it was. Leadership top down was an issue, not thinking through how they spent money. Very, very tough. Incredible turnover, reps let go in 2-months. But, there is potential to make 7-figures and the product really works well if the client adopts it.

ExtraHop has hand a lot of changes, not once but twice in the last 18 months. We hear a lot of great things are coming and hope to see the positive changes to operations and employee resources, growth and building back the positive culture needed for success.
