The overall experience was fine. My teammates and immediate leadership were helpful, but it feels like things are moving backwards. Competitors have been able to catch up over the last few years, both from a capabilities and pricing perspective, and there is little evidence that this has been addressed. The company seems to have a hard time getting out of its own way. The future feels murky.

Everbridge has provided many areas to grow and learn as a professional but has made too many acquisitions over the past few years. This has cause far too much confusion among the sales department, thus has resulted in many experienced sales professionals to leave. Great product but the organization is extremely lacking in culture and optimism. Many rounds of furloughs have taken place under revolving leadership.
