MDR is a challenging, competitive market. Deepwatch is adding technology to be more competitive vs Reliaquest and Expel, which is a positive. 2023 was a tough year for sellers, but Deepwatch's leadership should get credit for adjusting quotas, restructuring the channel organization and coming to market with a broader offering. 2024 looks to be a strong year.

My experience at Deepwatch was great, the need for the service was clear and the outcomes provided to the customers were there. The team was always great with ELT always willing to help out with deals. Can’t say enough good things about the company and service.
