When I started the team was being built, KPIs were clear and attainable. After some change in leadership and quota adjustment, things started going downhill. We were given our comp plans with 1 month left in the quarter. We were given a threshold type compensation with no adjustment to base pay, which would be normal for the market. Still operates like a startup after 10 years.

A lot of potential at Darktrace. Great product that needs some architecural tweaking but front runner in AI which makes the platform a strong cyber security solution.

Horrible Transition into new management quite literally I don’t think they could have done it worse. Great product easy sell big commissions! Here’s the issue they go into some really deep sh*t with their investors and now decision are being made from a board level at least from the sales side. We don’t hear from our CEO anymore.
