Great technology and people on the UK. They’ve recently moved to an account based territory model for first time and it’s a complete mess. Those fortunate few who have been at the company for a number of years earn big due to best/largest prospect accounts. New AE’s are bottom feeders - having to live off scraps.

A toxic work environment with inadequate internal sales processes, it feels like you're set up to fail from the minute the expect you to start selling.

Overall Darktrace has a good product, but that's about it. I had 6 different managers in less than a year with 2 different territories with different named accounts. This is a PURE hunting role despite them suggesting you will have existing accounts.
