Honestly a great company to work for if you have enterprise sales experience in cyber security. If I had 4-5 years under my belt, this is the company to work for if you want outsized returns for your efforts. They are growing, maturing, and systemizing many crucial things for the salesforce and go-to-market strategy.

The tech at Darktrace is strong and serves a useful niche. The sales org in the US is in a bit of an hiring spree and only a small fraction of AEs are hitting quota across the country.

Great product, bad leadership, culture, and below market pay. People either do great here or they get fired there is no in between.
