Pre-acquisition my experience was overall incredible. High performing team, a ton of demand, good product market fit and a well defined ICP. The culture was also really supportive and transparent. I had been on interview panels, and couldn't have been happier to represent the company and encourage good contacts to join. Post-acquisition things changed drastically, as they tend to do, and the experience was much different.

Been a rough go but is starting to trend in the right direction with founder returning as CEO and Clearbit returning to what they do best.

My experience as Clearbit was positive. I've been fortunate to have a great manager who really took pride in how well his team did. He helped our team to grow and excel during a challenging time at Clearbit and that is really what made my time at Clearbit so great.
