Unfortunately, the product doesn't always work, and the customers success and support teams are severely understaffed and overworked, (thanks to multiple rounds of layoffs over the past few years) resulting in customers churning at almost every renewal.
Instead of focusing on making the product more stable and function how it should, leadership keeps focusing on coming out with new features that only make the product even less stable.
Instead of looking at their TAM and the overall opportunities the product provides, they are mainly only focused on Higher Education because that's where the founders background is. So if you're on a different team, you can expect less support from marketing, product and the C Suite. Browse Other Reviews
