Citeline was purchased by private equity and then merged into Norstella a few years ago which has created a number of challenges. The lines of communication are strained and the business has tried to grow rapidly by rolling out a number of new products which have not been market tested. Citeline has changed massively since its ownership by Norstella. The culture of self development, training and leadership declined. For someone starting new it would still be an exciting time with a lot of product development and investment going on.
