Citeline was purchased by private equity and then merged into Norstella a few years ago which has created a number of challenges. The lines of communication are strained and the business has tried to grow rapidly by rolling out a number of new products which have not been market tested. They restructured to have multiple points of contacts selling very similar products into the same accounts which has been difficult on the reps. It seems like another restructure is coming but who knows what it will look like. The core products are great but it would be hard to recommend this company to a friend.

Tough culture, Dave Pender is stuck in the Stone Age. Things run top down at informa, and most managers struggle to relay that to their sales teams effectively. Communication was sparse, and inconsistent.

Citeline has changed massively since its ownership by Norstella. The culture of self development, training and leadership declined. For someone starting new it would still be an exciting time with a lot of product development and investment going on.
