Citeline has changed massively since its ownership by Norstella. The culture of self development, training and leadership declined. For someone starting new it would still be an exciting time with a lot of product development and investment going on.

Tough culture, Dave Pender is stuck in the Stone Age. Things run top down at informa, and most managers struggle to relay that to their sales teams effectively. Communication was sparse, and inconsistent.

Citeline was purchased by private equity and then merged into Norstella a few years ago which has created a number of challenges.
