Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee This company has been full of bait and switch. We were heavily recruited over from F500 employers as top performers. And since joining we have been at the mercy of a belligerently impatient CEO. Horrific culture and outrageous expectations. Most recent issue was the removal of unlimited PTO—which was bungled as a policy roll out. This has been a big issue for current employees because it was HEAVILY marketed as a benefit, and hiring managers didn’t care about planned vacations. As of 12/9, unlimited PTO was cancelled via Slack. As you imagine this caused open revolt. This place is the epitome of toxic startup nonsense. AVOID
