Former Employee2.6May 16, 2024Didn't have a good or positive experience, out of 60 sales reps, only a handful ever met or exceeded the quota. Commissions were extremely low. They did give a generous ramp during the first 9 months but once that dried up, the ability to earn decent commissions going forward was essentially non-existent.

Former Employee4.1Jul 1, 2024My overall experience was great. I really enjoyed my team and leadership. The 32% layoff really impacted a lot of talented people though and it may take awhile for the org to recover from that.
