The challenges within the organization involve leadership, professional growth & development, and the compensation plan. The entire leadership team pretty much operates on the same system across the board. There are growth opportunities within the organization but in terms of the "development" side of things, my experience did not have much of that present. The compensation plan is somewhat of a joke considering the amount of time spent on the phone, the constant watchful eye on what you're doing, and the length of the sales cycle. On top of that, its ALWAYS changing. The opportunity itself is one to be grateful for when it comes to having a job if you need one but there are so many more organizations that have much more to offer.
