Leadership from Hock down is probably the worst in the industry, kill or be killed, align to Hock 100% or leave; customers are there to pay you money.

Broadcom is brutally efficient. Hock is an excellent CEO who has made the company very successful. If you do what’s asked of you, you get paid handsomely in RSUs. It is an incredibly well run ship that exceeds its goals consistently. The software stack they develop/maintain is some of the best in the world, so it’s sold at high premium.
