Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Broadcom is brutally efficient. Hock is an excellent CEO who has made the company very successful. If you do what’s asked of you, you get paid handsomely in RSUs. It is an incredibly well run ship that exceeds its goals consistently. The software stack they develop/maintain is some of the best in the world, so it’s sold at high premium. Leadership is very invested in everyone’s success, both career and financially.
The benefits are average but the compensation packages are top notch.
If you are intelligent and driven, you will find success beyond your wildest dreams at Broadcom. Current Employee Not the best, great work life balance. Management stinks for EUC org
