My overall experience is that you matter at this company and they invest in you. But, the work life balance is far from ideal, we are drifting further into a corporate culture vs the personal and appreciative culture that once was. Bitwarden is in a defining stage where the performance/growth over the next few years will indicate how high Bitwarden can rise. Understandably, because of this, stress levels are at an all time high. While we focus on growth, I hope Bitwarden doesn't lose touch with what made this company great from the start.

Bitwarden is an amazing company to work for. Remote work yet collaborative, great lead/prospecting strategy, great morale within the team and awesome leaders. The company treats the team so good, it is a fair and understanding environment yet challenging to help you grow. I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience here.
