Bitwarden is an amazing company to work for. Remote work yet collaborative, great lead/prospecting strategy, great morale within the team and awesome leaders. The company treats the team so good, it is a fair and understanding environment yet challenging to help you grow. I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience here.

My overall experience is that you matter at this company and they invest in you. But, the work life balance is far from ideal, we are drifting further into a corporate culture vs the personal and appreciative culture that once was.
