Back to ReviewsFormer Employee My overall experience was a 3 out of 10. There is only base pay during ramp and not the best support. The org is willing to hire quick and fire quick. Two years in a row of doing layoff's in the summer and hirings in the winter. The C level is pretty demanding and rude but will relax a little if you sell. They micromanage hardcore and watch every gong call. Instead of coaching they interrogate and point fingers and present no training opportunities. As an org, they are leaky bucket with more churn/loss then profit. They are enterprise focused with a good product but not amazing for being the most expensive on the market often losing to other due to price and not being able to differentiate enough.
