Product is good, but competition is catching up with Microsoft entering the field making it harder to charge a premium.
New leadership team from ServiceNow is taking over and are making big promises on what we are going to do, but the how is missing. Partner first strategy, but channel acts more like a deal blocker and is mostly used for transacting only.
Zscaler still has a lot of potential and the platform sell is really strategic and complex. However, there are a lot of things that need to be fixed internally to make it a good place for sellers again. So far a deception and won’t recommend. Company loyalty is not for sale.
