Pros Great product, majority of reps and SEs are inclusive and willing to grind, and pay has been good Con Questionable culture and CEO leadership, partner org is lacking and questionable sales directors that are failing up but are celebrated.

Across the US GEO, leadership noted that there was 40% turnover with less than 20% of reps hitting plan. You either will make the most money you ever had or be at 20% of quota or under. There is no in between. Leadership is aware of the above and have decided to become swift with action including threats, performance reviews and bad mouthing.
