Positives: - Strong Pay - Stock options - Great product to sell Negatives: - Tough economy for SaaS - Low quota attainment (during the year I was there) - Leadership culture They were making serious changes when I was departing to improve quota attainment and leadership structure so take this with a grain of salt.
