Zoom used to be a great company, great product, great leadership. Over the past couple years it has been extremely disappointing to see the direction. Leadership has completely lost sight of what's happening, adding so much busy work nonstop. Product is too heavy now, and no one knows what we do more than meetings STILL. Support is TERRIBLE and outsourced and no longer the best price option in the market. We claim ourselves as a Contact Center company but we're just another player in the market at this point. The worst part of all of it is the leadership currently in-seat.

Zoom is a fun company to work for. They have a ton of products that companies aren't aware of, and the managers are really supportive.
