Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee The culture at ZoomInfo is extremely challenging. Almost everyone I know is scared of losing their job, and we receive very little support or training from our managers. Many of us are working overtime just to hit our quotas, and at least two people are let go from each team every month. This constant turnover has created an atmosphere of stress and dissatisfaction. Some might assume that anyone sharing these concerns is struggling with performance, but that’s not the case her, I’ve consistently been a top performer. However, I'm exhausted and not feeling well. Unfortunately, if I bring this up with my manager, it’s likely that the office will gossip, and I might even be at risk of losing my job. Most people here are already searching for new roles and interviewing elsewhere. If someone from HR or leadership sees this, please address the company culture. People are too afraid to provide feedback directly.
