ZipReceuiter has been a great company to work for on the Enterprise side. The amount of collaboration between teams is unlike anything I've seen before. I would say they hire the right people that work well together.

Zip Recruiter was great until it wasn't. The culture significantly shifted after layoffs happened in May of 2023. After that, the clients seemed to get worse. The product barely worked. It was expensive when many clients didn't see results. By the end I was stressed out because I wasn't hitting my numbers and on top of all of that I felt like a snake oil salesperson....Read More

High prospecting, great comm structure you get 50% of what you sell. Lack of career growth if you are outside of Phoenix

When lead flow gets low, low tier reps or new reps struggle to get leads and basically get squeezed out of the company.
