When lead flow gets low, low tier reps or new reps struggle to get leads and basically get squeezed out of the company.

My overall experience was very favorable for the first year. Things started to get a little chaotic and change frequently after that, but it feels like it's starting to stabilize for sure.

Zip Recruiter was great until it wasn't. The culture significantly shifted after layoffs happened in May of 2023. After that, the clients seemed to get worse. The product barely worked. It was expensive when many clients didn't see results. By the end I was stressed out because I wasn't hitting my numbers and on top of all of that I felt like a snake oil salesperson....Read More
